Notes for the Spring Festival Holiday

1. All departments must complete cleaning and safety inspections by 16:00 on January 16. Employees should ensure windows and doors are closed before leaving.

2. Departments are required to prepare duty schedules or overtime application forms in advance based on work needs.

3. For any company vehicle usage during the holiday, applications must be submitted by January 16.

4. Department heads must keep their mobile phones accessible throughout the Spring Festival holiday.

5. Duty personnel and supervising leaders during the holiday should strengthen patrols and random checks, promptly address any abnormal situations, and report them in a timely manner.

6. The canteen will operate as usual from January 17 to 23.
